About the Academy Welcome to Green Bird Institution

GREENBIRD ENGLISH MEDIUM PRE& PRY SCHOOL

Green bird academy was initiated on 5^th October 2007 as a Pre & Primary school with registration number KL.06/7/EA 004. The academy accommodates day and boarding pupils. The objectives of initiating a school were:

• To provide a child with a foundation of self- initiative, advancement and self -confidence.
• To enable every child to acquire basic learning tools of literacy, communication, numeracy and problem solving as well as basic learning content of integrated relevant knowledge skills and attitude.
• To enable every child to understand the fundamental of the constitution i.e. civic rights, obligations and responsibilities of each citizen.
• To assist students to acquire value, morals and social customs and traditions, national unity, identity, ethics and pride.

SUBJECTS OFFERED

• The school offers all subjects as required by the ministry of education in Tanzania.
• We offer religious studies to students.

The current school enrollment is 300 students.
